Red Luffy aggro after the OP-05 bans

With the recent restrictions, is Red Luffy still the aggro king or has Red Zoro fully taken over? I've been on 7c Luffy since Romance Dawn and I really don't want to rebuild.

Red Zoro is faster but Luffy has better late-game reach with the Gear 5 finisher. It's a meta call — both put copies in the top 8 at my locals last week.
