Centering on this Lugia V alt — gradeable?

Front looks 55/45, back is more like 60/40. Is this a PSA 9 ceiling or am I overthinking it? Want to grade but not waste $ if it caps at 8.

Back centering matters way less than people think for PSA. If the front is 55/45 and the corners/surface are clean, you've got a real 10 shot. Send it.

60/40 back is totally fine, I've gotten 10s on worse. It's surface scratches that'll ghost you — check under a bright light first.
